REFUND POLICY

All products are quality-checked before shipment. Due to hygiene and authenticity considerations, returns are not accepted for general reasons.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive:

. A damaged item

. A missing item

. An incorrect item

Requests must be submitted within 8 working days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

2- Provide order number and photo/video evidence

3- Products must be unopened and in original packaging

4- Refunds apply to card payments only, if approved
