Shipping Policy

We deliver within Egypt only. For delivery inquiries, contact our Customer Services team via WhatsApp at 01222347852 during business hours. Your delivery will follow the option you select. Please review the delivery options below for more details. Working days exclude Fridays and national holidays. 
We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. If delays occur, we will notify you and take steps to minimize the impact.  

PAYMENT

You can pay through Visa or MasterCard. Payment is debited when your order is placed. You confirm that the card used is yours, and all cardholders are subject to validation checks. If payment is not authorized, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery. Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment is made. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
