Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Energy (“Energy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for products sold on the website (“Products”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read these T&Cs carefully. If you do not agree with any part, please contact our customer service team before placing an order.
We may update these T&Cs from time to time. The version applicable to your order will be the one in effect at the time your order is placed. If any update materially affects your order, we will notify you in advance and provide options where applicable.

PRICING POLICY
We take care to ensure all product information and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. Prices displayed include VAT and exclude delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
Orders will only be accepted if no material pricing or product description errors exist. The final order total includes product prices, VAT, and delivery charges shown at checkout.
AVAILABILITY
All Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4- Click “Submit” to complete your purchase
ORDERING ERRORS
You may correct any errors in your order before clicking “Submit Order” at checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE
A binding contract is formed once we dispatch your order or send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed payment authorization.

SHIPPING
We currently deliver within Egypt only. Delivery timelines depend on the option selected at checkout. Working days exclude Fridays and national holidays.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will work to minimize any impact.
PAYMENT
Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard. Payment is processed upon order placement. Ownership of Products remains with GEM until full payment is received. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
To cancel an order, email Energy_Egypt_instagram@gemegypt.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are effective on the date received.
If Products have been dispatched or delivered, they must be returned in original condition within 8 working days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of product return or proof of return.
SALE & PROMOTIONS
Sale and promotional items are offered at original prices for at least 28 days before any discount. Prices may change after the promotion ends. Delivery of sale items may take up to 7 working days due to high order volume.
Sale items cannot be gift-wrapped and may show minor packaging wear. Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch.
LIABILITY
GEM is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by failure to comply with these T&Cs. Products are supplied for personal use only. We are not liable for business losses, including loss of profit or opportunity.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another entity. Customers may only transfer rights with written consent from GEM.
GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts. Contracts are concluded in both Arabic and English.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT USE
By allowing GEM to use your social media content (photos, videos, text), you grant non-exclusive rights to use, edit, and display the content for promotional purposes. You confirm the content is original, lawful, and you have the rights to share it.
